The OMEGA Study Group was founded in 2023 to research, develop, and disseminate technology that can help people with diabetes or pre-diabetes to lead better lives. We aim to achieve this by combining minimally or non-invasive blood glucose monitoring technology that uses a blood glucose surrogate biomarker called ‘glycated albumin’ with communication technology such as smartphone applications. We support the 'power to live a healthy life' that is inherent in everyone.
